Squarespace may collect this information to operate the website and provide website analytics.

2. Information About Minors

Attack Today provides athletic training services to youth athletes and therefore may collect information relating to minors.

When an athlete is under 18, we generally ask a parent or legal guardian to provide required information, complete applicable waivers and consents, and create or manage Athlete Portal access when appropriate.

Parents and legal guardians should only provide information that is reasonably necessary for the athlete's participation, safety, and use of Attack Today services.

4. Forms and Waivers

When you submit information through a form on this website, we collect the information requested in that form so that we can process and respond to the submission, administer athlete participation, maintain required records, or provide the requested service.

Our website is hosted by Squarespace, which processes website and form information on our behalf. Depending on how a particular form is configured, submissions may also be sent to an Attack Today email account and/or stored using connected services such as Google Drive.

Squarespace supports storing Form Block submissions on the site and through third-party storage options such as email or spreadsheets.

Please do not submit medical or other sensitive information through general website contact forms. Health or safety information should only be provided through designated athlete forms or directly to Attack Today when reasonably necessary.

5. Athlete Portal

Attack Today may provide athletes and families access to a private Athlete Portal through Squarespace Member Sites.

When you create an Athlete Portal account, information such as your name, email address, and account information may be collected and processed to establish and maintain your access.

Pages within a Squarespace Member Site are placed behind a paywall/login and are intended for members with the appropriate access. However, Squarespace notes that member-only content cannot be guaranteed against copying or sharing after an authorized member has access.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and should not share your password with unauthorized individuals.

6. Photo and Video Permission

Attack Today may photograph or record athletes during training or related activities.

Use of identifiable photographs or recordings for Attack Today promotional purposes—including our website, social media, advertisements, educational content, or promotional materials—is subject to the photo and video permission selected by the athlete or, when applicable, the athlete's parent or legal guardian.

Declining promotional photo or video permission will not prevent an athlete from participating in Attack Today training.

7. Cookies and Website Analytics

This website uses cookies and similar technologies to operate properly and may use them to understand website traffic and activity.

Squarespace uses necessary cookies to securely operate websites hosted on its platform. Depending on our website settings and your consent choices, analytics and performance cookies may also be used to understand how visitors interact with the site.

We may share information when reasonably necessary with service providers that help us operate our website or business, such as website hosting, form storage, email, scheduling, payment, registration, or other technology providers.

For example, information may be processed by Squarespace as our website hosting and Member Site provider and may be stored using services such as Google when those services are connected to our forms.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, protect the rights or safety of Attack Today or others, address fraud or security concerns, or in connection with a business transfer or reorganization.

We do not intentionally disclose private athlete health information publicly.
