what we do…
POSITION MOVEMENT - Training designed to mirror real-game situations, tailored to each athlete’s sport and position. Through focused drills, repetition, and expert instruction, athletes gain the confidence and skills to perform at their highest level. Customized for your position to build confidence, skill, and unstoppable performance.
FOOTBALL IQ - There is a mental aspect which is just as important as the physical component of the game. Our job is to make sure you are comfortable during different situations in the game whether it's disguising coverages to what to do during a 2 min situation.
FILM EVALUATION - This will allow the staff to view your game play and highlight strengths, areas of growth, and areas to work on during sessions. This is a vital component that will allow proper assessment of needs. Staff request that you provide them with at least 7 quality game clips, to ensure that they see your performance in different game settings.
SPEED - We will work on lower body explosion/power, first step, top end speed, and sprinting form.
ALL AROUND TRAINING - We will work on your athleticism by using Speed, Agility and Footwork. This will also include hand eye coordination and explosiveness.
RECOVERY - is essential for preventing muscle soreness and supporting athletic performance. Ice baths help reduce soreness, while Normatics Compression aids in reducing lactic build up, muscle swelling and can improve leg range of motion. Recovery also contributes to injury prevention by reducing sprains and strains. We also emphasize strengthening exercises enabling muscles to withstand greater demands without injury.
